Management of public parking lot

SFC operates a total of 61 parking lots (direct management for 42 facilities, entrusted management for 15 facilities) centering large-scale municipal parking lots including the parking lots at subway transfer areas in Seoul. From this point onwards, we promise to exert efforts to remove urban traffic congestion and parking problems through effective parking lot management.

Automatic parking fee payment system

Most parking lots operated by SFC are installed with automatic parking fee payment system to promote operational efficiency and convenience of users.

  • Parking lot with automatic parking fee payment system (total of 26 areas) :

    Gaehwasan Station, Gaehwa Station, Guro Digital Complex Station, Gupabal Station, Nambu Women's Development Center, Dobongsan Station, Dongdaemun Station, Mapo Retention Pond, Bokjeong Station, Bonghwasan Station, Sadang off-street parking lot, Seorin off-street parking lot, Sejong-no, Suraksan Station, Suseo Station, Sindaebang Station, Yeongdeungpo-gu Office Station, Yongsan Parking Building, Jamsil Station, Jongmyo Shrine, Changdong Station, Cheonwang Station, Cheonho Station, Hangnyeoul Station, Hangangjin Station, Hwarangdae Station parking lot

  • Information on transfer discount of parking fee :

    In case of parking lots with automatic parking fee payment system that are located besides the 1st class area (downtown), 50% of parking fee is discounted when leaving the parking lot within 30 minutes after using any public transportation (subway, bus). Make the payment through ‘touch’ method at the payment system (Parking fee is based on hours of parking).
