Status of operating and managing facilities

• Seoul World Cup Stadium: main stadium, for-profit facilities (6 facilities including discount stores and movie theaters), PR center
• Jangchung Arena: 4,507 seat the main arena, auxiliary arena, shopping centers, etc.
• Seoul Children’s Grand Park: animal exhibits, Forest Stage, amusement park, etc. / Area (536.088㎡)
• Cheonggyecheon Stream: Starting point ~ joining point (8.12㎞), facilities and green/landscaping, operation of ecology education program, etc.
• Seoul Crematorium: 23 crematory units, 5 mausoleums, cemeteries, natural burial sites
• Seoul Memorial Park: 11 crematory units, Memorial Park
• Underground shopping center: 2,788 shops in 25 centers / Area (156,933㎡)
• Seoul Global Center: 19 floors (4 below ground, 15 above ground) / gross area (11,751,65㎡)
• Motorways: 12 motorways including Olympic Expressway (158.64㎞), green belts (1.58 million ㎡)
• Motorway Traffic Information: Variable message sign(VMS), video image vehicle detection, loop detector, CCTV, etc.
• Seoul Call-Taxi: operation of a special transport service designed to support the convenience and mobility of those with disabilities, managing vehicle service and assignment of drivers, operation of call center
• Urban Construction Supervision: supervising city-funded construction of less than 20 billion won ordered by Seoul and other metropolitan cities
• Utility Tunnel Management: 7 areas (Yeouido, Mok-dong, Garak, Gaepo, Sanggye, and Sangam, Eunpyeong)
• Traffic Facility Management: public parking facilities (143) public bus garages (11), congestion tolls (Namsan Tunnel 1,3), support for delinquent car tax collection (25 autonomous districts)
